The website www.nouvini.com (otherwise known as the “Site”), is published by Nouvini (hereafter “NOUVINI”), a company organized and existing under the laws of Mauritius, whose registered office is located at Rose-Hill – Mauritius.
The use of the Site will be subject to the terms and conditions described below (hereafter the “Terms and Conditions”), whose purpose is to define the terms of access and use of the Site by any person (hereafter the “User”).
The Site presents hotel and catering services provided by NOUVINI, and in particular offers Users the possibility to address online enquiries and book a Nouvini reservation.
